Primary dated layers agree on the contract and split on how much of the costume is the product. FARA Tracker records Pearson Unlimited retained by Xtend Reality, Inc., country Israel, filing dated 10 September 2026. Daily Caller on 15 September, citing Politico Influence, printed the fee and the exhibit language: public relations, promotion, and perception-management, including media outreach, informational materials, coalition-building, and public forums. Raw Story on 14 September recorded Scott Stedman's same-day catch that the registration landed as Pearson posted from the Texas GOP midterm convention. Pearson's prior Bahamas FARA registration in April is on the same open file. Xtend's U.S. plant is not invented: Israel Defense and Aviation Week documented the Tampa headquarters and Group 1 drone assembly in July 2025; Tampa Bay Business Journal reported a $1.67 million Israeli Ministry of Defense contract in April 2026. Score the retainer and the America First quote as documented through secondary quotation of the filing and the interview. Score any claim that Xtend is a cutout for the Israeli state, or that Pearson hid the registration, as contested: he filed.

Mechanism is transfer plus glittering generalities plus disclosure-theater. Transfer is the convention floor and the America First slogan doing prestige work a Tel Aviv principal cannot do in that room. Glittering generalities are warfighters, Americans safe, and America First standing in for a testable procurement claim: which program, which unit price, which domestic-content share, which alternative U.S. vendor. Card-stacking is the missing denominator. The plant in Tampa is real. So is the Israeli founding, the Ha Barzel Street parent named on a separate Lobbying Disclosure Act registration for Continental Strategy, and the Israeli MoD contract. Those facts do not travel with the clip. Disclosure-theater is the FARA PDF. The label exists in a Justice Department exhibit. It does not travel with a convention post or with a one-line America First quote unless the speaker puts it there.

This is propaganda where origin is a paid foreign commercial principal, institutional form is a homegrown influencer and a Florida factory, and the design goal is to move U.S. belief about whose drones count as American without the audience meeting the payer in the same frame. It is not a finding that Xtend's Tampa assembly is fake, that buying non-Chinese drones is illegitimate, that every America First defense argument is a FARA product, or that Pearson broke the statute. He registered. A same-method test applies in reverse. A Chinese UAV shop that hired a progressive climate influencer to sell its Ohio plant as Green New Deal industrial policy, with the foreign-agent stamp only in a docket, would be this brief with the nouns swapped.
