# 6th War Loan

War loan poster: a tilted $100 Series E War Savings Bond made out to 'Mr. and Mrs. America, Everywhere, U.S.A.' on a red field, with a large yellow '6th WAR LOAN'. The tell is the bond addressed to every household, which treats purchase as the ordinary act of an average family, with no explicit ask in the words.
