# Aircraft of the R.A.F., Some Famous Types - II

A recognition-style sheet shows ten RAF aircraft types in photographs on blue, each with a short caption of successes, and a range map from Britain and Egypt. The card-stacking tell is that every caption reports victories or capability ('proof of Britain's great and growing air-power') and none reports losses.

TOMAHAWK
These fast, deadly, American-built fighters have many successes over Italian and German types in the Western Desert.

An American-built "Liberator" bomber flew the Atlantic in 8 hours and 23 minutes. These aircraft are on constant reconnaissance patrol and convoy guards.
