# Alert! Your skill and devotion will win the war

Text-only Coast Guard sheet in a decorative border: 'ALERT!' in large type, then 'Your skill and devotion will win the war' and 'United States Coast Guard'. There is no picture. The technique is faint; the slogan praises the reader's skill and devotion and promises victory in broad, undefined terms (glittering generalities).
