# Allies for a big job: OCD

Civilian-defense recruiting poster: the large letters OCD are filled with a dense aerial photograph of a crowd, under the headline 'Allies for a big job' and the line 'Cooperate with your Local Defense Council'. The crowd inside the letters is the bandwagon cue: many people are shown already taking part.
