# Americans All! Victory Liberty Loan

A woman in a white gown, backed by the Stars and Stripes, raises a laurel wreath over an 'Honor Roll' of surnames: Du Bois, Smith, O'Brien, Cejka, Haucke, Pappandrikopolous, Andrassi, Villotto, Levy, Turovich, Kowalski, Chriczanevicz, Knutson, Gonzales. The flag and wreath lend their standing (transfer), and the roll is the bandwagon tell: every group is shown as already enrolled, so buying bonds reads as joining a finished consensus.
