# Multilingual banners at the Artek international Pioneer camp, Gurzuf: "Für antiimperialistischen Frieden und Freundschaft"

A choir of Pioneers in red neckerchiefs stands on a paved square ringed by banners in Russian, Arabic, French and German, a Lenin panel, and a vertical camp banner in several scripts. The slogans are virtue words (peace, friendship, a happy childhood) aimed at foreign guests, and the Lenin panel pairs the party's name with the children's loyalty (transfer).

Read from enlarged crops of the committed image; many banners are partly out of frame, folded or too small to read, and the Arabic and other-script lettering was not transcribed. The Russian caption on the Lenin panel is legible only in its first two and last lines.
