# Food Will Win the War: Bakers' Honor League of Pennsylvania (Pledge Certificate)

A blank membership certificate framed by crossed flags, a shield, wheat, eagles and vignettes of harvest, mill and bakery, under the motto 'Food will win the war.' The text has the baker pledge to comply with all requirements of the National Food Administration, with lines for a name and for county and state administrator signatures. The design turns a compliance pledge into a badge of membership in a patriotic body.
