Large campaign banner printed as a 33-star American flag on cloth, with an oval bust of Bell in the blue canton and the ticket lettered across the stripes. Tell for transfer: the national flag is the carrier for one party ticket. Small printed copy-text and its mirror-image show-through sit on the canton and stripes.
