# Don't you louse up my Act"

At the door of the 'U.S. Senate', a walking scroll labelled 'Alaska Statehood Bill', tagged 'OK The House', points at a cigar-smoking elephant labelled 'G.O.P.' in a hula skirt and lei who is swaying beside it. The cartoon argues the party's behaviour risked spoiling the bill's passage in the Senate. No technique on the list is clearly present, so card-stacking is a weak fit.
