# Football Boogymen

A cartoon of a colonial-costumed figure labelled G.W.U. leaping out of his shoes in fright at a hooting owl labelled Rice, set against inset panels of other local college teams (Maryland, American University, DePaul, Catholic U., Richmond, Georgetown) frightening or being frightened by one another. The depicted fear is the joke: the cartoon is Halloween-style sports humour, so the technique tag is a weak fit.
