# Dân chúng Bình-Thuận đã bầu Hội đồng tỉnh (The People of Binh Thuan Have Elected a Provincial Council)

Hằng tháng Hội Đồng Tỉnh đều có họp nhằm mục đích: Kiểm công tác hoạt động và tình hình chung. Hoạch định chương trình mới nhằm phục vụ các giới đồng bào.
