# Boys! Raise Pigs To Help Win the War. Girls! 200,000 Members Wanted in 1918. Join a Pig Club!

A text-and-photograph sheet addressed to boys and girls shows five small photographs of pigs and young pig-keepers around the words 'You can do it too' and a call for 200,000 members in 1918. The tell of the bandwagon is the claim that 40,000 children are already raising pigs; a small caption also labels one pig 'The Slacker', borrowing a wartime epithet for people thought to be avoiding service.
