Consolidating the victories of the government and the Allies, helping the poor and developing a new life is the particular concern at present of the Bien Hoa provincial government. For example, in Nhon Trach district many New Life hamlets have been established, farming methods have been improved and medicine has been regularly handed out free to the people.
