# Building in An Giang

A photo poster headed 'Works built by the people in An Giang' shows a concrete footbridge, a larger bridge under construction and new school buildings with crowds of children. The text says villagers of Phu-Hoa village built these themselves, with funds and technicians supplied by the Government of the Republic of Viet-Nam, as part of aid to areas already pacified. The tell is shared credit, the people's own labour and the government's money, shown in a selected set of building photographs.
