# President Bush and Secretary Rice at Prairie Chapel Ranch on Georgia's borders and the six-point plan (Crawford, Texas, 16 August 2008)

George W. Bush, in a navy suit and red tie, speaks at a lectern with the presidential seal while Condoleezza Rice, in a beige jacket and striped top, stands beside him outside a ranch building. The tell is the wording of the statement it records: a promise to 'rally the free world in the defense of a free Georgia' and the line that on Georgia's borders 'there's no room for debate on this matter', which the transcript grounds in UN Security Council resolutions.
