# Hasten Their Victorious Homecoming (banner)

A long red-and-blue banner reads 'Hasten their victorious homecoming' above 'Buy War Savings Stamps Today!', with the drive's roundel at left. The tell for glittering-generalities is the unexplained value-word 'victorious' attached to the stamp purchase, with no figure or term of the scheme stated.
