# It's Got to Fit... To Do Its Bit! Get your work into the "Scrap" not the scrap heap

A cream gear engages a black rack on a dark ground, with the slogan 'It's got to fit... to do its bit!' set around the wheel. The mechanical picture makes each worker a part in a machine that fails if a part is out of tolerance, and the closing line urges getting work into the 'scrap' (salvage or reject stream) rather than onto the scrap heap.
