# September Special - Become a 25 Club Member

A die-cut counter card shows a brass cartridge with a blue-white-red nose over the words 'September Special' and 'Become a 25 Club Member: Buy Shells with War Savings Stamps'. The tells are the club-membership framing (bandwagon) and the equation of a stamp purchase with a shell (transfer); the ask is to buy War Savings Stamps.
