# Sorry, Canada Got It First! Buy Victory Bonds

A woman in a slip holds a man's trousers while the man in bed winks: 'Sorry, - Canada got it first!', over the line 'Buy Victory Bonds'. The tell is the innuendo joke, which implies the money has already gone to Canada's bond drive, so the appeal rests on an implied crowd already participating.
