# Teamwork - Thanks Pal!

A flying-jacketed pilot gives a thumbs-up and rests a hand on a factory worker's shoulder in front of a hangar window showing a Union Jack and three fighter aircraft. The Union Jack and the pilot's thanks place the factory worker inside the same fighting team (identity fusion) and lend the flag's authority to aircraft production (transfer).
