# Wallace Reyburn Says...

A uniformed man in a cut-out photograph stands before a clipping headed 'I Was Six Hours Ashore At Dieppe', over the quotation that the governing factor about a Second Front is shipping. The tell is the eyewitness's name and uniform standing as the authority for the claim that shipping, and so shipbuilding, decides the second front (testimonial).

SAYS: "Brave men can make the landing. The governing factor about a Second Front is shipping. I saw the huge number of ships which were used for the Dieppe raid. But there'll have to be a constant shuttle of ships crossing the sea to bring reinforcements and supplies. And there'll have to be enough ships left over to supply Britain with its needs. That's the governing factor."
