Kể từ năm 1963 ban hành chánh sách chiêu hồi đến nay những anh em hồi chánh viên đã tỏ ra xứng đáng với lòng tin cậy của nhân dân; không một ai có thể nghi ngờ về lòng thành thật, tinh thần kỷ luật và nhiệt tâm của họ đối với công cuộc xây dựng đất nước.
