# Chieu Hoi Village, Resettlement Centre of the Hoi Chanh

A bilingual Vietnamese and Khmer Chieu Hoi poster (code SP-2097) shows five photographs of former Viet Cong ralliers making concrete blocks, digging foundations and building twin-unit houses at a Chieu Hoi village in Vinh-Binh province, ending with two rallier families standing outside a finished house. The captions give measurements and say two families have already moved in. The tell is a selection of ordinary building work and smiling families offered as the whole picture of life after rallying.
