# 萬年之國運肇造於今日 (The Ten-Thousand-Year National Destiny Was Founded Today), Concordia Association Jinzhou leaflet

A text-only single-sheet leaflet on pink paper, in two vertical lines of large characters with a small '18 September' beside them: 'The ten-thousand-year national destiny was founded today' and 'The kingly-way state is the foundation of world great harmony'. 'Ten-thousand-year destiny', 'kingly way' and 'great harmony' are virtue phrases that name no measure or result. The Concordia Association's Jinzhou headquarters is named at the foot.
