# Eat a lunch that packs a punch! Facts about Group 2 (citrus, tomatoes, raw greens)

Folder panel in the 'Eat a Lunch That Packs a Punch!' series: a cartoon man in blue kicks a figure labelled 'ILLNESS' with the line 'Protect yourself from illness', above a food-group wheel and a Vitamin C text block. The cartoon personifies illness as a defeated figure (a simple personification), tied to eating citrus and greens.
