A press sheet of four identical labels, each a U.S. flag over a blue panel reading 'American Aid' in large Chinese characters and 'American Aid Product for China' in Chinese and English. The tell is the branding: aid goods are stamped with the national flag, so the donor's identity travels with the sack or crate and its recipients meet the flag whenever the goods are used.
