# Fertilizer Produces More Palay! (English-language ECA poster distributed in the Philippines)

A English-language fertilizer poster of the U.S. Economic Cooperation Administration (ECA) for Philippine rice farmers. One farmer scatters fertilizer from a basket in a flooded paddy and another cuts the harvested rice; an inset compares two haystacks, 'with' and 'without' fertilizer. The text says the government, with ECA aid, is importing fertilizer and a small investment will give more rice per hectare. The tell is card-stacking: one comparison image stands for the whole yield case, with no costs or conditions shown.
