# El Correo Grafico poster, Alliance third anniversary (Spanish, San Jose)

The August 1964 issue of a U.S. Embassy pictorial bulletin for Costa Rica, marking the third anniversary of the Alliance for Progress with ten captioned photographs: Ranger 7 lunar images, donated trucks and a weather radar, an AID university agreement, President Johnson with President Orlich, with Martin Luther King after the Civil Rights Act and with OAS foreign ministers who voted sanctions on Cuba. The tell is transfer: space, civil-rights and aid items are placed under one emblem so that each lends standing to the Alliance.
