# Enough to win the War, NOT enough to WASTE

Cartoon soldier in a helmet tips a fuel can, pouring pinkish liquid that runs down into the red-streaked spill below a vehicle marked with a red cross, while a woman in black walks away. The technique is faint: the red splashes and the red cross vehicle suggest blood and casualties as the cost of waste, a mild fear-appeal aimed at servicemen.
