# Flags of the United Nations poster (English, distributed in Manila)

A wall chart of about 110 labelled national flags in rows around the blue United Nations flag, which is captioned 'adopted by the General Assembly, October 20, 1947'. The flags of the United States, the Soviet Union, Cuba and China (Republic of China flag) appear in the same grid. The foot reads 'Distributed by the United States Information Service'. The tell is transfer: the UN emblem at the centre lends its standing to every flag around it, and the distribution line ties the sheet to U.S. information work.
