# Giấy thông-hành (Safe-Conduct Pass, seven-flag version)

A yellow safe-conduct pass headed 'Giấy thông-hành' shows the South Vietnamese flag in the centre, flanked by the flags of the United States, Australia, Thailand, South Korea, New Zealand and the Philippines. The printed line says the pass is 'to be honored by all Vietnamese government agencies and allied forces', repeated in Korean and Thai. The tell is the row of allied flags: the assurance is staged as backed by every force the holder might meet.
