# Go Back to Your Families

A colour illustrated poster shows a Viet Cong fighter in black clothes, barefoot, a rifle and helmet dropped at his feet, looking up at a mother and two children who float in front of the yellow and red-striped South Vietnamese flag, while leaflets fall around him. The slogan says 'Return to the great national family, to the national cause, to live in freedom.' The appeal fuses family, nation and the Saigon flag into one 'family' to which the fighter is told to return.
