# "Grand match between the Kinderhook poney and the Ohio ploughman", April 1836

Billiards cartoon: Harrison, under a portrait of Washington, makes a stroke while Webster and Clay bet on him; Van Buren, with Jackson at the table's far end under a portrait of Napoleon, is told he is finished. Tells: a founder's portrait set over one candidate and a conqueror's over the other's patron, and prominent backers announcing 'Harrison wins the game'.
