# Guard Your Freedom (Ilocano poster)

An Ilocano-language civic poster. A farmer with a rice sheaf, a woman in traditional dress with a sun-and-stars motif, and a boy with a schoolbook stand before the red and blue of the Philippine flag, the woman holding a scroll marked 'Constitution of the Philippines'. 'Guard your freedom' and 'carry out your duties' are virtue slogans; the flag colours and constitution lend the national symbols' prestige to the message.
