# Health Poster #4 (Latrine): Clean and Safe Latrine (Burmese poster distributed in Burma)

A health-education poster on a dark blue ground in the style of an engineering blueprint. Front, side, plan and cross-section drawings give the dimensions of a pit latrine, and a shaded drawing at right shows the finished wooden latrine with its roof and door. A Burmese headline names a clean, safe latrine. The poster makes no argument beyond instruction. The tell, such as it is, is transfer: the technical drawing format lends the advice an air of engineering authority.
