# Home Canning: Vegetables Out of the Pressure Canner

How-to sheet with three photographs of hands lifting the pressure canner lid, removing jars of green beans and wiping them, plus three bullet instructions. A large orange V sits behind the title. The technique is faint: the V borrows the wartime victory symbol for a kitchen instruction (transfer).

Let pressure fall to zero. Open pet cock slowly. Unfasten cover, lifting it away from the face.
Grasp the glass shoulder, not the metal cap, when removing jars.
Wipe clean. Set out to cool ... away from drafts to avoid breakage.
