# I got an idea! If it's good, I'll cash in!

A grinning cartoon worker in overalls leaps with a finger at his temple, surrounded by a yellow burst and floating dollar signs. The headline says he has an idea and the bottom panel says he will cash in if it is good. The technique is faint: it shows only the money reward for a workplace suggestion and nothing of the costs or odds.
