# International Cooperation in the Fight Against Communism

A landscape sheet (code SP-1502) reports that a board listing 42 'free allied nations' that have helped Vietnam militarily, socially, economically and culturally was erected at a junction in Tuyen Duc province. Photographs show the board with its flags and map, mobile cadres with a loudspeaker vehicle explaining the aid to villagers, and a new sign thanking 'friendly countries' for helping 'us to defeat communism'. The sheet uses the number and variety of supporting countries as the argument.

INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION AGAINST COMMUNISM

In the anti-communist struggle for the freedom of all the Vietnamese people, the allied nations have taken an active part and given very effective help.

A statement clearly naming the friendly countries that help Vietnam has been erected at the Lien Khuong junction in Tuyen Duc province. The table sets out that 42 allied nations have helped Vietnam in the military, social, economic and cultural fields.

Mobile cadre teams have visited compatriots in remote hamlets and villages to make them fully understand the active help of friendly countries.

The cadres explain to the villagers the help of the free nations in the anti-communist struggle and that the Vietnamese people will always be supported.

The slogans put up by the Tuyen Duc Chieu Hoi Information Service express gratitude to the Allied nations that have helped the Vietnamese people defeat Communism.

[sign in photograph:] INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION AGAINST COMMUNISM ... 42 FREE NATIONS JOIN FORCES WITH THE VIETNAMESE ARMY AND PEOPLE IN THE MILITARY, ECONOMIC, CULTURAL AND SOCIAL FIELDS ... [remainder illegible]

[sign in photograph:] THANKS TO THE FRIENDLY COUNTRIES THAT HAVE HELPED US TO DEFEAT COMMUNISM
