# Coalition leaflet "Coalition Air Power can strike at will" (020-20D, Iraq 2003)

Arabic leaflet. The front says Coalition air power can strike at will, anytime, any place; the back says coalition air power enforces the no-fly zones to protect the Iraqi people, that threatening coalition aircraft has consequences, and asks, 'Will it be you or your brother? You decide.' The tell is the direct threat with the choice handed to the reader, framed as protection of the people it warns.
