Plan a campaign to finance one or more Jeeps by selling War Stamps and Bonds. Start any time. Set a challenging goal and try to beat it. (Be a triple-threat school and finance one of each kind!) On December 7th, certify your success to your State War Finance Chairman who will issue a Treasury Citation in the name of your school or class.
