Dearest Chick—
We're continually moving up
the line so this letter will have to
be brief. Our boys keep punching
holes thru the Axis strongholds
and we're giving 'em [illegible]
because we have the weapons.
By the way, tell all your buddies
on the Production Line that they're
doing a swell job. Every bit of
our battle equipment is absolutely
dependable. Good luck to you Chick,
darling. Keep the letters coming.
Always affectionate
to you Jim

THE BETTER WE FIGHT"
