# John Bull Has His Coat Off!

A tall sheet compares 1940 and 1942 British output of tanks and vehicles, ships and aircraft, with 350 percent, 57 percent and 100 percent increases beside a quotation from 'Britain's Minister of Production', 10 June 1942. The tell is testimonial plus card-stacking: the official's figures carry the claim, and only increases are shown, with no totals, losses or baseline.
