# Keep 'em flying! (General Arnold on the Havoc)

A painted half-length portrait of a four-star general in uniform on a blue ground, with a yellow panel above carrying a printed endorsement of the Havoc aircraft over a facsimile signature. The red bar at the foot reads 'KEEP 'EM FLYING!'. The technique is testimonial: a named senior officer's praise of the planes is used to motivate aircraft workers.
