# Kien Tuong Self-Help Project poster, No. 396 (Vietnamese poster distributed in Saigon)

A Vietnamese photo sheet headed 'Community development work, Kien-Tuong province'. Eleven photographs show secondary-school students sifting sand, mixing cement, moulding and carrying bricks and laying a foundation for a school building, with a text saying the students built two classrooms with materials supplied by the local authorities. The tell is plain-folks: ordinary students at manual work stand for citizens taking part in the government's improvement programme.
