# Russia's Words and Deeds [Kremlin's Words and Deeds] (Burmese poster distributed in Burma)

A Burmese-language edition of a sheet comparing United Nations welfare aid. Bar charts show the United States and 'Other Nations' as larger stacks of contributions beside a Soviet hand with a thumbs-down, a table gives 'Soviets' 0 in every program, and four photographs show children, refugees and medical care. The tell is card-stacking: one measure, UN welfare contributions, stands for the whole record of each side, and the Soviet figures are shown only as zeros.
