# Kremlin's Words and Deeds (English poster distributed in Asia)

An English-language sheet comparing UN welfare aid. Bar charts of U.S. and 'Other Nations' contributions sit beside a Soviet hammer-and-sickle hand giving a thumbs-down, a table lists the Soviets at 0 in each program, and photographs show children, displaced persons, Korean refugees and medical aid. The tell is card-stacking, one measure standing for each side's record, and name-calling in 'Stalinists', 'imperialistic propaganda' and 'dictatorship'.

Stalinists often use international agencies as sounding boards for their imperialistic propaganda. At a meeting of the United Nations Economic and Social Council in Geneva the Kremlin's delegate accused the United States of arming western Europe instead of helping better the conditions of underprivileged peoples. This false charge was a strange one from a dictatorship that contributes nothing to great movements aimed at helping the world's unfortunate and disaster-stricken peoples.

Children of many lands have found health, happiness through benefits of the Children's Emergency Fund.

The International Refugee Organization found homes for persons displaced by war's turmoil. Many went to America.

Terroristic aggression, abetted by the Kremlin, forced peaceful Koreans from their homes. The free nations, fighting this aggression, found time to provide succor.

Free World contributions enable the World Health Organization to provide treatment for the sick and maimed.
