# Let's Fly This Flag: Everybody at Least 10 Percent in War Bonds

A workplace poster ties raising a flag to a collective quota: everybody putting at least 10 percent of pay into war bonds. The individual is never given a reason to buy beyond the fact that the whole shop is already expected to, and the payoff is a shared badge of belonging rather than any argument about the bonds themselves.
