# Let's fly this flag by New Year's: everybody at least 10% in war bonds

A waving dark flag carries a white minuteman silhouette ringed by stars, with a target-style badge reading 'Everybody at least 10%' and the words 'In war bonds'. A second headline line adds a deadline, 'by New Year's'. The pitch is a shared quota for everyone (bandwagon), set beside a Revolutionary-era soldier figure (transfer). This is a variant of the 'Let's fly this flag' design with the added deadline line.
