# Martin Van Buren portrait print with Jackson 'Veto U.S. Bank' and 'Ten Hours' columns, 1840

Large bust of Van Buren under an eagle with the banner 'INDEPENDENT TREASURY AND LIBERTY', flanked by two columns: Jackson holding 'VETO U.S. BANK' above a serpent, and a workman holding 'TEN HOURS'. The tells are Jackson's veto set beside the candidate (borrowed prestige) and the slogan pairing a bill with 'Liberty'.
